Galveston County Youth Soccer is the largest non-profit youth soccer program in Galveston County with over 1,000 from ages 5 to 18. Membership is open to all interested players and the club is comprised of both recreation teams as well as competitive select teams. The mission of the GCYS Soccer Club is to provide all Galveston County children with an opportunity to learn, play and enjoy the game of soccer.<\/p>\n
Most importantly, youth soccer provides our kids with access to physical exercise and to participate in a team sport. In an effort to raise much needed funds to support player scholarships and keep player fees low, the GCYS Soccer Club is instituting a Sponsorship Program to help raise funds by offering businesses and donors with an opportunity to support this widely successful youth sports program in Galveston County.<\/p>\n
