Hello!! Thank you for visiting our website. The Galveston County Youth Soccer (GCYS) is a member of the Bay Area Youth Soccer Association (BAYSA) and the South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA). All of which are under United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and Federation International de Futbol Association (FIFA).
GCYS is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer among players under 19 years of age in the Galveston County area. The club teaches good sportsmanship, encourages healthy competition, and the development of good soccer skills, in a safe environment. The goal is for all children in the club to have fun learning and playing soccer.

Important Coaches Meeting Announcement
Hi coaches, I hope everyone is well: As you know tryouts are coming up
quickly, so we have scheduled a MANDATORY coaches meeting for all
qualifying thru DIV1 coaches on May 4th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the
Surf room at the Nessler Center in Texas City. Please down load
a
coaching application and turn it in at the meeting DO NOT EMIAL IT.
We will be going over the procedures for approving coaches, tryouts
and turning in your roster ETC.

Sign in at the pavilion to receive your tryout number and head to the fields!

Become a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Referee
If you are interested in becoming a soccer referee there is a clinic
on Saturday, May 16, 2015 in Friendswood, Texas. To register for
the certification class:
1) Go to STSR available clinic at - http://www.stsr.org/AvailableClinics.aspx
2) Select: Never been a USSF Referee Before
3) Register in Referee - Entry Grade 8 hybrid 2015, Clinic # 1S-12-0516-EH8
