GCYS GOES TO INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT TO TAKE ON THE WORLD:

GALVESTON COUNTY CAMPECHE UNITED

GCYS will be represented at the Disney Cup International this summer (July 12th - 19th). The Disney Cup International is a annual tournament held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida.  In the last 16 years the Disney Cup International has attracted teams from more than 20 countries.

So GCYS is featuring the U19 Galveston County Campeche United as they makes their way to the big event.   This team is a true representation of our club.  The team is made up of players U17 to U19 from Galveston Island, Texas City, Bacliff, Dickinson and Santa Fe.  The coaching staff is made up of 3 volunteer coaches that have dedicated many hours to recruiting, and putting together some of the best players in Galveston County.
